𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 "𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗷𝗶𝗻" 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻? 🌸
The name of the magazine is derived from so-called Gaijin Gyaru. We'll explain it to you!:
[ "Galjin" is composed of the words "gal" and "jin." "Gyaru" is the Japanese spelling of the English word "girl." The combination of the two gave rise to the word "gal." Girl, gyaru, and gal all mean the same thing, except for the fact that the Japanese term refers to a specific type of woman.
"Jin" means human and, when combined with other words, can also describe a specific type of person. (Example: Doitsu = Germany. Doitsujin = German person. Gaijin = foreigner.) ]

It's not a magazine for children, even though it may seem that way at first glance. This is because Galjin is modeled on Japanese women's magazines, all of which have very cute designs. We recommend it for ages 16 and up. It's for anyone out there who's outgrown children's magazines but still prefers them to adult mag's, because there are no other options for young adults that still include a bit of glamour, knowledge and playfulness. Galjin has addressed this problem and will finally fill the eternal gap!
In short, it's a combination of childhood, growing up and being an adult.
